Common Uses of Bidex:
This medicine is an expectorant used to thin and loosen mucus secretions due to colds, flu, or hay fever. It may also be used for other conditions as determined by your doctor.

How To Use Bidex:
Use this medicine exactly as directed on the package, unless instructed differently by your doctor. SOME BRANDS OF this medicine must be swallowed whole. OTHER BRANDS may be broken, crushed, or chewed. Check with your pharmacist for the best way to take this medicine. TO HELP THIS MEDICINE LOOSEN CONGESTION, drink a glass of water or other liquid with each dose of medicine unless directed otherwise by your doctor. STORE THIS MEDICINE at room temperature in a tightly-closed container, away from heat and light. IF YOU MISS A DOSE OF THIS MEDICINE and you are using it regularly, take it as soon as possible. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular dosing schedule. Do NOT take 2 doses at once.

Bidex Cautions:
IF YOUR COUGH DOES NOT IMPROVE within 7 days or if you develop a high fever, check with your doctor. FOR WOMEN: IF YOU PLAN ON BECOMING PREGNANT, discuss with your doctor the benefits and risks of using this medicine during pregnancy. IT IS UNKNOWN IF THIS MEDICINE IS EXCRETED in breast milk. IF YOU ARE OR WILL BE BREAST-FEEDING while you are using this medicine, check with your doctor or pharmacist to discuss the risks to your baby.

Possible Side Effects of Bidex:
NO COMMON SIDE EFFECTS HAVE BEEN REPORTED with the proper use of this medicine. If you notice any unusual effects, contact your doctor, nurse, or pharmacist.
