Common Uses of Achromycin:This medicine is a topical antibiotic used to prevent infection in minor cuts or wounds.
How To Use Achromycin:Use this medicine exactly as directed on the package, unless instructed differently by your doctor. WASH AND COMPLETELY DRY the affected areas. Gently rub in the medicine until it is evenly distributed. STORE THIS MEDICINE at room temperature, away from heat and light.
Achromycin Cautions:AVOID GETTING THIS MEDICINE in your eyes, nose, or mouth. THIS MEDICINE may stain your clothes. THIS MEDICINE MAY CAUSE the affected skin to yellow. This is temporary and will wash off. FOR WOMEN: IT IS UNKNOWN IF THIS MEDICINE IS EXCRETED in breast milk. IF YOU ARE OR WILL BE BREAST-FEEDING while you are using this medicine, check with your doctor or pharmacist to discuss the risks to your baby.
Possible Side Effects of Achromycin:CHECK WITH YOUR DOCTOR if you experience continuing redness, swelling, or pain. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor, nurse, or pharmacist.
