Common Uses of Accuzyme:This medicine is an enzyme and emollient combination used on the skin to clean wounds.
How To Use Accuzyme:Follow the directions for using this medicine provided by your doctor. Flush the affected area as directed by your doctor or nurse. Gently apply the medicine until it is evenly distributed. Cover the affected area, unless directed otherwise by your doctor. Wash your hands immediately after using this medicine, unless your hands are part of the treated area. Be careful not to touch the tip of the container to the skin or any other surface. STORE THIS MEDICINE in a cool place below 77 degrees F (25 degrees C) in a tightly-closed container, away from heat and light. IF YOU MISS A DOSE OF THIS MEDICINE, use it as soon as possible. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular dosing schedule.
Accuzyme Cautions:Do not stop using this medicine without checking with your doctor. AVOID GETTING THIS MEDICINE IN YOUR EYES or on the inside of your nose or mouth. Do not use any other medicines or special cleansers on your skin unless your doctor instructs you otherwise.
Possible Side Effects of Accuzyme:A SIDE EFFECT that may occur while taking this medicine is burning. If it continues or is bothersome, check with your doctor. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor, nurse, or pharmacist.
